These Terms of Service govern your use of thehappyfryer.shop and your purchase of our digital products. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by The Happy Fryer ("we", "us", "our"), contactable at ikeraller10@gmail.com.

2. What we sell

We sell digital ebooks (recipe collections and meal-planning guides) delivered by email as downloadable files. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

Our products are provided for general information and personal use. Recipes and meal plans are not medical, dietary or nutritional advice. If you have a medical condition, food allergy, or specific dietary requirement, consult a qualified health professional before changing your diet. You are responsible for safe food handling and for operating your air fryer in line with its manufacturer's instructions.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices shown at checkout are the prices you pay; there are no shipping fees on digital products.

We may change prices, run promotions, or withdraw products at any time. A price change will never affect an order you have already completed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Your order is accepted when we send your confirmation email containing your download links.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full card details.

5. Licence to use our products

When you buy an ebook, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, read, print and keep it for your own private, non-commercial use, for life.

You may not:

resell, rent, sub-licence or otherwise distribute the files;
upload them to file-sharing sites, forums or public servers;
share your download links publicly;
reproduce substantial parts of the content commercially, or present the content as your own.

We retain all copyright and intellectual property rights in our products and in this website's content.

6. Refunds

Our 30-day money-back guarantee and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, or to use automated tools to scrape or copy it.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the website and your download links available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. If you lose access to a product you have purchased, contact us and we will restore it.

9. Our liability

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees or any other right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, and other than as required by those consumer guarantees, our total liability to you in connection with a product is limited to resupplying the product or refunding the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer laws that apply where you live.
