Digital delivery only — nothing is shipped

The Happy Fryer sells digital ebooks only. No physical item will ever be posted to you, and there are no shipping or delivery fees on any order.

How you receive your ebooks

Immediately after your payment is confirmed, we send a confirmation email to the address you entered at checkout. That email contains your download links.

• Delivery time: normally instant. Allow up to 15 minutes during busy periods.
• Format: PDF, readable on phone, tablet, computer or e-reader.
• Access: lifetime. Download your files as many times as you like and keep them permanently.

If your email hasn't arrived

This is almost always a spam filter, not a failed order. Please:

1. Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
2. Search your inbox for The Happy Fryer.
3. Confirm the email address you used at checkout was typed correctly.

If you still cannot find it, email ikeraller10@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend your files. We reply within 2 business days, and there is no time limit on asking us to resend something you have paid for.

What you need to open your files

Any standard PDF reader. Most phones, tablets and computers can open PDFs with no extra software. We recommend downloading on a stable internet connection.
