Digital delivery only — nothing is shipped

The Happy Fryer sells digital recipe books only, read in our recipe app. No physical item will ever be posted to you, and there are no shipping or delivery fees on any order.

How you receive your books

Immediately after your payment is confirmed, we send a confirmation email to the address you entered at checkout. That email has a green “Open my recipes” button: one tap and your books open in our recipe app.

Delivery time: normally instant. Allow up to 15 minutes during busy periods.
Format: our recipe app, in your browser on phone, iPad, tablet or computer.
Access: lifetime. Open your recipes as often as you like, permanently.

If your email hasn't arrived

This is almost always a spam filter, not a failed order. Please:

Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
Search your inbox for The Happy Fryer.
Confirm the email address you used at checkout was typed correctly.

If you still cannot find it, email support@thehappyfryer.shop with your order number and we will resend your access. We reply within 2 business days, and there is no time limit on asking us to resend something you have paid for.
